How does the test work?

• The duration of the test is only for a night. Hence, the equipment will be worn for a night.
• Don’t worry about discomfort while doing the test! The home sleep test (HST) equipment will be attached to your body by velcro, elastic and stickers. HST vs Polysomnography (PSG)
• HST is made affordable and convenient. Whereas PSG will take a longer procedure as more data will be collected and you will be attended by a technologist.
